Position Overview:

Reynoldsburg City Schools (RCS), a school district recognized throughout the State for its forward-thinking and progressive culture, is seeking an experienced, driven School Psychologist.  School Psychologists provide counseling, instruction and mentoring for students who are struggling with academic as well as social, emotional and behavioral concerns. The successful candidate has a proven record of increasing academic achievement by assessing barriers to learning and helping staff to determine the best instructional strategies to improve learning. In addition, the successful candidate will value diversity and support the District’s mission of ensuring equity in all aspects.

 

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, analyzing data, problem solving and collaborating with school teams. 

 

This position is considered a virtual position. The school psychologist will do all testing during the evaluation process virtually, meeting virtually with the students within the Reynoldsburg City Schools District. The evaluation team meetings will be held virtually. The scheduling of testing and meetings as well as maintenance and completion of all compliance pieces under IDEA will be completed by the school psychologist as if in person, entirely onsite in the building in person.
